Electrical problems on windows, headlights, sun roof 900 1993

After checking the fusebox under my dash on drivers side and the fuse being still good and not knowing of any other fuse boxes any where else. the windows or sun roof does not work.the headlights work only if you pull on the dimmer swith on stearing arm.

It is a new car to me.
