hey all. have a stock 89 745t w/ mitsubishi turbo, 192k miles, and i think i'm having some boost issues. i'm not hitting any boost for a good while, car feels like its dead weight under 3000 rpm. it also has a loud "pssssht" under WOT shifts. what am i looking for here? hoses all connected without any visible holes.

mitsubishi = integrated cbv, correct? is it possible it is getting stuck open? cleanable/repairable?

just looking for suggestions for likely culprits.
