Back again and again S90-V90

Thanks guys you got me sent in the right direction-wasn't giving it another thought till I read ya'lls posts. When I was hooking up my new vacuum meter, I was looking for power to the lights and noticed there was a jumper off one of the fuses ,that sorta slides in with a fuse into the fuse block. I took that jumper off and was going to use it elsewhere. When I took it off, it disabled the fuse when it was inserted back in the fuse box. Yep it was the fuse for the central alarm.
Problem solved.
