I got a 213,113 and 221. I looked them all up, and got this from it:
Fault Codes 113* (Will Cause Check Engine light to be on!)
LH 2.4 Fault Condition Fuel trim (lambda control) too lean or rich
LH 2.4 Causes of Fault Mixture incorrect; O2S wiring fault
LH 2.4 Symptoms High fuel consumption
Motronic 1.8 Fault Condition Fault in Injector 1,2,4
Motronic 1.8 Causes of Fault Fuel Injector
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fault Codes 213
LH 2.4 Fault Condition Throttle switch full load setting faulty or grounding shor
LH 2.4 Causes of Fault Wiring fault to TPS or TPS failure
LH 2.4 Symptoms No faults evident
Motronic 1.8 Fault Condition same
Motronic 1.8 Causes of Fault same
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fault Codes 221
LH 2.4 Fault Condition Fuel Trim (Lambda Control) Too lean at part load
LH 2.4 Causes of Fault Lean,Air Leak,Low Fuel Pressure,Bad AAM
LH 2.4 Symptoms Engine stops when starting at cold; High fuel use
Motronic 1.8 Fault Condition same
Motronic 1.8 Causes of Fault same
Obviously some of that is understandable, but for the most part, I am kind of lost.
Some questions...Whats a AAM? How could i have bad fuel pressure? Fuel pressure regulator possibly?
Where is my throttle switch, and why is it full?
and for code 113, It says i have faults in injectors 1,2 and 4. Does this mean they are bad and need replaced? or are they just dirty?
Thanks, I hope someone can de-code my codes
Appriciated,
Shaun
