Speedometer Error 120-130

Doesn't sound like a cable issue to me. Cable issues usually show up as
delayed indication, then overshoot as the cable unwinds. Faster usually means
that something is causing the magnetic coupling to drag inside the meter itself.
Or else the spring is not tight enough. (If the spring is not tight enough the
reading will be proportionally off.) Could be you have both problems.
Check your odometer first. If it is right, then it is strictly a speedo problem.
