240 fuse issues 200

Many, many thanks.

Right under the right hinge of the hatch the wires had disconnected. I used a wire nut to reconnect and the circuit seems to be good. I turns out that the wiring on the left hinge is for the rear wiper, and since I looked there first, the rear wiper now works as well.
