If its a 83 it should be front right near the battery. Check for air leaks in tubing after AMM, bad to crack. If you can take a known good AMM with you that might be worth a shot as well. If it is different than your B23 then its a B21 if its orginal. If the car hasn't been started in a year there may be fuel problems as well. You might want to drain the gas, put in fresh. Good luck with it.
