I'd look very carefully for any signs of bodyfill or patching of holes. If that rust spot is in the lower corner of the windshield you can count on taking the windshield out to properly repair it, probably means the drain has been clogged for a while. And the rear windows - they're held in with a rubber gasket. You say it looks like they've been resealed - do you mean there's sealant or adhesive around the windows? That's usually a sure sign that the carpets have been soaked a few times, so yank off the trim in the door frame that covers the edge of the carpet & pull the carpet back far enough to see the inner rocker, look for corrosion damage (ie, holes in the seam between floor & rocker). Feel for dampness in the carpet & the underlay, indicating there's still a leak. Sounds like a nice car, but beware the shiny new paint job - I expect most of us have learned the hard way what sins can lurk beneath that. IMHO the best car to buy is one with faded, original paint - you know exactly what you've got.
