Fuel pump relay question 200 1982

How old is the timing belt and did you check to see if it slipped or snapped. Also check that the wires from the ICU to the distributor (Hall Effect device) did not get loose. Thats the small connector by the distributor. Check the connectors I mentioned on my first post, they also carry the ICU voltage and coil signal (term 1 of coil) to the ICU.
