Advice on buying a '95 940 Turbo Wagon 900 1995

I recently purchased a '93 945T 88k miles - one owner, full records (in a three ring binder), original Florida vehicle for 5k from a dealer (where it had been traded). I paid what I believed to be a fair, full price for a truly well maintained vehicle. I would expect to pay less (10%?) to an individual.
