Motor Mount Advice--Has this one failed? 200 1987

ScanTech parts - which have a solid reputation for problems - from a dealer sounds like a scam to me. Switch to a known reputable brand or preferrably Volvo oem (I sure hope this wasn't!) and you'll be fine. Don't bother with custom mods like diesel mounts, they will likely be way to stiff for the gas four. Also check that you or the dealer didn't mix up left and right, they differ on the 240.
