140 alignement 140-160

Hi,
Does anyone have recommended alignment specs for a 1972 142 with JP's progressive springs?
I also have poly bushings, bilstiens, ipd sways, + all new moving parts.
I was going to go with the settings that were in a V-classics article, but that deals with 122's and 1800's, is it the same?
camber -1/4 to -1/2 degree,
caster +1/2
toe in/out 0 or slightly in.
What do you guys suggest?
As always, Thank you in advance, I rely so much on what I learn here.
Chris
