Heater Control valve 700

There is information in the FAQs here:
http://www.brickboard.com/FAQ/700-900/HeatingAirConditioning.htm#WaterValveReplacement

The valve is the same on my 940. I replaced the valve and the hoses. The main difficulty was in getting the hoses back in the proper place. Working room is tight under there and the hoses don't run in a straight line. I lost some knuckle skin.

If you just want to change the valve it should be easier. Be sure you get the vacuum control tube back on securely. I left mine off and wondered why I couldn't get any heat.
