Oil Change, Engine Rough 200 1989

So I was a little over due for an oil change (it have been like 6000 miles, yeah I know that thats bad), and I got one 2 weeks ago and ever since then my engine has been running a little rough...it'll be fine in Park and Neutral, but when I'm sitting at a stop in drive it sounds rough, and too low in the RPM department.

It wasn't great before the oil change but not this bad. COuld the oil change have casued this or am I just being paranoid?
