87 240 running poorly after rear main replacement 200

Hello, new user here just found this amazing site.
I had to replace the rear main oil seal in my daughters car this weekend & all went well till I went to start afterwards. It now starts but quits immediately & wont stay running when it's cold out (below 50). After warming up it does not like to take fuel from idle but ok after that. I replace the temperature sensor, ignition module, air meter, checked for vac leaks & am now stumped.?.?

Any ideas or help will be greatly appreciated.
