ABS ECU 700 1990

Well, looks like I zapped the ABS ECU box on my '90 745T by momentarily connecting jumper cables backward (argh!). And no, it's not the ABS relay fuse. Now I'm trying to resolve some part number confusion: I have a source for Bosch part number 0265101025, listed as good for '87 through 92, or 0265101028, supposedly from a '91 940. Are either of these numbers good, or might one of them contain a typo error (xxx025 vs xxx028)?
