Heat/Air Ducts 200 1989

My 240 is allowing air to circulate through the interior of the vehicle even though the blower is turned completely to 'OFF.'

I am thinking that I might have a duct door partial open. The air flow is small but it is there.

This might be of help when evaluating the problem: The temperature of the air flowing in IS affected by the setting of the temperature slider bar - even though the blower fan is set to 'OFF.'

Any suggestions on where to look first?
