94 940T cranking time -FPR? 900

Hi all-

My 94 940T takes 3 to 6 seconds or more to fire, most of the time. Sometimes, if it has been runing it will fire quickly.

I have changed the fuel filter and the fuel check valve. I have removed and cleaned the throttle body. Today I removed and cleaned the fuel injectors. The car runs great now, but is still a slow start.

What is next? The fuel pressure regulator?

Today when I removed the fuel line to remove the injectors, there was almost no pressure remaining in the line, even though I had pulled the car up in the driveway a few minutes before. So even with the check valve, it seems to lose pressure when stopped.

Thanks.
