My hydrualic engine mounts came in today... 700 1987

Only one of them has the brass colored strip that wraps around the side of the mount and attaches to the top and bottom bolts of the mount. The strip looks like this:

Shouldn't there be one on each mount?

Please excuse my ignorance. I'd just like to make sure that I have all of the parts before I take them to get installed.
