Shift Lock 200

6" below that yellow release lever is a solenoid that locks the shifter with a short steel pin. There might be a clever way to permanently activate the solenoid, but I do not know what it is and it is not getting power or responding to power. Removal or replacement, should it come to that, requires that you crawl under the car and unbolt the shifter assembly box and linkage and extract it for further surgery. Takes a couple of hours
