780 turbo questions 700

Hi all, as it says I have a few questions.
We (wife and I) just bought an '89 780 turbo with 192,000 miles. I've had Volvos before, so the milage does not worry me. Body has no rust (zero) and the orig paint, silver (with a hint of tan?) is 85 to 90%. No big dings or dents. No air dam :-) Interior is very nice, no rips, two seams that can be repaired (I think).

Are the power seat switches easy to rebuild/replace?

How do you get the back seat reading lamps on?

Someone "improved" the sound system with a Sony, how hard is it to fit a proper looking unit back in. I'll keep the Blaupunkt cd changer in the trunk though.

The leather is good, but Nevada is DRY. I have used Pecard leather tratment for tack in the past, what to use here, and how often is the question.

Is there a West Coast 780 meet?

Any tips to keep our Swede/Italo fit and in shape?
