poly torque rod bushings- right part? and any tips?

Hi,
I just got my box of parts in from FCP Groton including the poly torque rod bushings. These look quite a bit different than the rubber ones- two halves and a metal sleeve but no outer sleeve. Did I get the right part?

Any pointers on installing these? I'm assuming that if they are the right part I need to press out the old bushing and then these fit in the torque arm and the bolt keeps them in place somehow?

Thanks!
Lyle
