transmission conversion auto- man 140-160

Hello I have a chance to purchase a 67 140 with 110000 miles on the clock. the car is in good shape and the owner is askink $3500cdn($2600) US. The only problem for me is the transmission. I am alergic to automatics(mental alergie not physical). Is the conversion easy to do(I have done many a 740, very easy)and are the parts available? I have several trannies from P1800s(72e and 73es), I asume they will fit, my real concern is the drive shaft and pedals, any comments? I can E-mail pictures to those interested the inteiour is fabulouse(excuse me if my spelling is a little off, being french that happens)

Thanks
