What do I need in my beginner toolkit? 700

My tool box has a couple of things that fall in to the category
of the most bang for the buck...
1) a 4 piece pick set $5-$30
2) a telescoping magnetic pickup tool $2-$15
3) a fender cover Free-$10
4) a battery terminal brush $1-$5
5) some cheap toothbrush style brass bristle brushes $1
6) a utility knife $1-$5
7) a nutdriver that fits the hose clamps (5/16?) cheap is OK here
Supplies...
Dielectric grease
Moly anti-sieze
Battery terminal spray
a set of felt battery terminal washers
Brake parts cleaner
Throttle boby cleaner
-a roll of two of good shop rags
-a container of Goop or equivalent hand cleaner
-a large clamp type paper clip for holding the book open
-some sourcream or cream cheese containers to put things in as you take them off
