You may find some in places like Ace, True Value, or NAPA, Parts Plus etc. Any place with a Metric Fastener assortment (although the 1.00mm is a "fine" thread, i.e. less common). Hopefully you'll find a bolt you can shorten if necessary. Let me know if you strike out.
