Should I do front seals with timing belt w/154k miles? 700 1989

I'm doing the timing belt because the previous owner did not have record of it being done on the 89 744 gle with B234F engine. The car has 154,000 miles. I did the timing belt on my simpler 86 745 gle with B230F engine when it had 200,000 miles, but I also did all 3 front engine oil seals. Do I need to consider doing the seals on this car with only 154,000 miles? They are not leaking now... And I don't want the job to be even more difficult than I already suspect it will be because of the 16 valve engine.
Thanks,
Nathan
