Electrical issues for the old scool. 1979 240 wagon 200

Hoping for some help on this one. Last night i pulled to a stop and the motor dies. My Amp light flickers and sometimes goes out when the key is on but the motor is off. Crank the motor and the fuel injection realy will not click. I have power to terminals 15 and 30 of the relay and the ground is o.k. When i took the cover off the relay and jumped the terminal the fuel pumps come on. I also have spark at the coil. Distributer , cap and rotor are new. wires o.k. I am thinking that the ignition control module is bad. It cranks and cranks but will not fire. The motor is a b21f from an 83 with an ECU. AM going to the junk yard to find a new fuel injection relay today. Should i also find another ignition switch? I also have a new contol module that i am going to try tonight..
