Antirattle spring 900 1994

I have received two different sets of supposelly OEM rear AntiRattle spring kits. On both these kits the radius of the bends is such that the clip is cocked one way or another and causes the spring then to ride on the disc. The ones that I removed the pins went through the bend in the radius keeping the spring centered. I hope I've made myself clear. Has anyone seen this?

Kevin
