Lug nuts 200

I picked up a set of new Draco wheels over the winter for my 245, and just had new Potenza RE950's mounted. (The kid's car gets the Omega's with the Yoko Avid T4's.) But when I went to bolt them on tonight, I realized that the lug nuts which came with the wheels are probably for the 700/900 series with their 12x1.5 metric studs, and there is a distinctive conical seat. Below the seat portion of the nut, there is a straight segment which closely fits the ID of the stud hole in the wheel.

The 240 of course has 1/2-20 studs. What I need to know is where to find the proper-configuration lug nuts in 1/2-20 thread. I *really* don't want to change studs! Any suggestions?
