B23F & B230FT similarity questions 200 1984

Currently I've got a standard B23F motor in my 84 242, but I read on this message board that the intake manifolds and exhaust manifolds are interchangeable for the B21, B23, and B230 motors. Going on that, I got lucky this weekend at the junkyard and bought a 740 turbo exhaust manifold and turbocharger for $100 (turbo is in bad condition, but I've got another T3 already, so it was just for the turbine and compressor housings, exhaust manifold looks to be in good condition).

Anyways, I didn't have time to get the intercooler and the oil lines off before they closed, but I plan on going back this Saturday to scavenge some more.

My questions are:
1.Are the pistons interchangeable between the B230FT and the B23F?
2.Will the B230FT oil pan fit the B23F block (so I don't have to tap the oil lines)?
3.Is the intake manifold significantly different on the B230FT (I noticed a location for where the turbo bypass valve empties back into the manifold)?
4.Are the valves swappable (I assume the turbo has sodium-filled valves)?
5.Does anyone know of a decent turbocharger rebuild shop in Southwest Virginia (there's one in Salem, they claim to be Garrett authorized, but I'd like to have options)?
