1973 164E and 1986 740 GLE

I have a 164 and a 740 that i need to get rid of. The 740 has some minor electrical annoyances that come with a brick from 80-88, and it's in the shop right now getting the transmission repaired. The 164 is in pretty good shape, with only slight paint chipping in between the grille and one of the horn grilles. I have rebuild the brakes, clutch, and had a new fuel pump leads installed. I bought the 164 as a project car, and just haven't had the time to really enjoy this car. The only thing wrong with it is the air doesn't work, the compressor has been converted to r134, but i haven't taken the time to troubleshoot it. My question to everyone is, how much would these cars be worth?
I was thinking about putting them up on eBay, with a reserve of ~$750+- on the 740, and a reserve of ~$1500+- on the 164. Do these prices sound fair?
