Oil Leak on b234f-still

I'm about ready to give up trying to stop this damn oil leak.

I just removed and replaced the valve cover gasket, and the seal between the cam carrier.

I've also replaced the o-rings, and replaced the bearing/seal internally on distributor.

I still get steady leak from around the ditributor. It seems external to the housing. Can't get a good look, even with a mirror.
(I may also have rear seal leak, but first things first).

It looks as though the distributor is not bent, or deformed, but still this damn leak!!!!!

DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY OTHER IDEAS?

JC
