Power Steering Bias? Easier to turn one way? 200 1986

Have done the front struts and a ball joint. Paid for a wheel alignment but the car still drifts right. Tech said it is because power steer is biased one way and did not know how to fix it for me. I must admit it feels easier to turn right than left!!
Any experience with this? Any Fixes?
Thanks
