Can't Find Coolant Leak 200 1989

Hi gang,

I have a coolant leak that shows up on the steering rack, particularly on the power steering metal line connections on the passenger side of the car(the rack is wet). Thought it was the rad so I swapped it out for a faily new used one. The leak is still there. The hose connections look dry as well as the water pump. I'm stumped, are there any frost plugs or something else in this vacinity that could be leaking.
