You're looking at a car with LH 2.0 (most likely) or LH 2.2. The LH systems have an air mass meter on the LF fender, that the throttle body connects to with a big rubber hose.
An 85 would have LH 2.2.
An 83-84 would have LH 2.0.
It could even be one of the late-1982 cars with LH 1.0 injection - they're pretty rare but there are some out there.
The VIN will tell you:
The 10th digit is the year. It's a letter- A= 1980, B= 1981, C=1982, D=1983, E=1984, F=1985, G=1986.
