So I... 140-160

jack the car up; put some pan under it to catch the old fluid; take out top nut on tranny, then bottom nut and let it drain. After that do I flush it with anything, to clean it out,(I have had a few gear grinding experiences :-(), or is just draining it out and refilling it sufficient? I do have a long shifter and so i guess, I'll leave the top bolt off and refill through the shifter hole. And where can I get the Hypoy C or whatever Castrol oil for the diff? Also, do I need to flush this out also before refilling it?
Thanks,
Kyle KLR142

Also, what is the gap for the valves, and how do I adjust them? Mine are pretty darn noisy whenever I'm on partial/full throttle...
