Time for new tires for the Turbo wagon 900

I also would like to plug the Green Diamonds. I have the "Ultra-trak" model on my 945t, and they've been a life saver here in NYC during this particularly horrible winter. As everyone who owns a 700 or 900 series wagon knows, these cars do not handle the snow and ice well on regular tires. What's nice about the GDs is that there's no excess road noise, and the handling is comparable (at least in my case) to the Bridgestone Potenza 205s performance tires that are on there in the summer.

Driving home to the city from Long Island tonight, we noticed at least 6 accidents due to rapid icing after our wet conditions the past few days. A couple of times I felt the car slipping slightly. But even then, the tires had enough grip to keep me in control and steer confidently out of the slip. And this is without any weight in the back, which we really should have been using!

I ordered them direct from Green Diamond by UPS, and I remember the price being very good, even more so now that I've put them to the test.
