my clock broke! 200

You don't pull the wheel to get the instruments out.
Remove the two blank panels on the right side (upper has it's pins at the bottom, lower has its pins at the top,) remove two phillips screws.
Remove dimmer knob, headlight knob. Pull panel with foglamp switch out, remove 2 screws and little metal plate. Instrument cluster pulls towards you - keep steering wheel straight. Reach behind and unplug everything. Once it's out, remove all phillips screws and the clock pulls out, leaving a space for the tach. Pretty straightforward job.
