i used ngk...they seem to work well...

could you be seeing tracking in the dizzy cap...i would certainly have it off, clean it and the rotor arm and check VERY carefully - i would say just replace both but the caps arnt that cheap...

also check the condition of the plug, this could be indicative of bigger problems (e.g. oil getting into the cylinder and fouling the plug) but probably not...

i suppose it could also be an injector issue...basically you need fuel, air, comression and a spark for ignition...sounds like your not getting one of them to that cylinder!
