185/70-14 change to 195/60-15? 200 1987

Tire size will definately affect your speedo readings. Taller tires will show a lower speed and lower profiles will make it read faster. It's not by much. I've ran 185, 195 and 205/70/r14's on mine (free used pairs when I need them). The difference between the 185 and the 205 is only about 5mph. Put the tires side by side and see which ones taller than stock, this will give you an idea where you are at. I have new lower/wider tires on my wife's Astro van. It handles better. The speedo shows about 6mph faster than I am going. Just keep that in mind in a radar zone.
