rattling at idle 200

B19a ? Never heard of that engine. You need to isolate the noise as there are several things that can cause that sort of sound. Cut off a piece of garden hose about 2 feet long and use it to listen for the sound. Could be the heat shield on the exhaust pipe, water pump bearing, alternator bearing, throw out bearing or a lot of things. I once had a volvo that I would have sworn had a rod knocking, turned out to be a loose intake manifold tapping against the head.
