What year is it, first of all?
Have you adjusted base idle speed? Will it respond to adjustment?
HAve you checked timing?
Are there any vacuum hoses missing, cracked, or plugged?
Is the throttle body clean?
Are there any holes in the air hose from AMM to intake?
Is the throttle position switch adjusted correctly so it clicks when the throttle is opened?
Plugs, wires, cap and rotor all good? Air filter?
