Electric seat memory failure. 900 1995

2 common causes. Internal switch fault, or 1 of the seat motor potentiometer conectors is loose. Grab a flashlight and have a look under the seat. There are 3 motors. It is possible for something to dislodge the conection. With potentiometer conection loss, the control unit has no frame of reference to operate the memory function. You can access the power seat fault codes from socket B-5 at the OBD box.
