Switch sides with the front tires. Put the left on the right and the right on the left and see how this affects the pulling. Be sure and check the pressure as Aye Roll suggested. I would recommend at least 35 psi in the tires. Slight feathering on both the inside and outside of the tire is caused by the the tire being turned by the steering wheel and the tire deforming during the turn and is normal.
