Look in a crutchfield magazine and see what size they reommend for any 240 series. All the doors use the same depth.You don't want to your original panel. Any speaker that comes close to the recommended depth will fit. If it is 1/16th to 1/8th too deep you can add few washers to the front of the speaker to pull it in to the car so to speak. All of this will be covered by the door panel.
