I can't help with uploading to the Brickboard's gallery, I haven't done it yet. Could be there's a very strict limitation on file size.

For mine, I use my own server space and link it to the post. If you grab the Site FAQ from the HELP dropdown on the home page, scroll down to the "how can I make my posts stand out" section for the html code.
