Power steering belt broke 200 1987

It'll be ok, and it's good for upper body muscle development. It is harder to steer a PS-equipped car with it not working than a car that didn't have PS in the first place due to gear ratios and such.
You'll need to replace the belt ultimately, and that means getting behind the AC belt, that being the hardest one to get to. If the adjusters are all still functioning it shouldn't be a terrible job. Most likely though the PS pump is running out of line, and tightening it won't do any good- you need new bushings for the brackets. Look on FCP GRoton's website or ask at a foreign parts shop for the accessory bushings. They're cheap enough and will allow you to restore the proper alignemnt of the PS pump or alternator.
Good luck with it!
