my squirters have clogged before, but not frozen. you might want to make sure they're not just clogged.

if the mixture of windshield washer fluid you have in the reservoir is right, it shouldn't freeze, unless you get REALLY cold weather... somewhere in the -40F or -50F range.

you should not be diluting your fluid with water in the winter.
