Struts & shocks recommendation 900 1993

"Best place to purchase them?" should get you a good variance of replies. If you can do it yourself, Ebay can sometimes be a great place for the parts as far as getting a good price, but definetly "buyer beware"; otherwise there are places like http://www.fcpgroton.com/volvo240shocks.htm . One argument for not buying parts from any source that is not going to install them for you, is the warranty on the parts including labor. I have been tempted to even go to Sears simply because I may not A: feel like doing it myself, and B: Sears does have what they freely term as "lifetime warranties". As far as "combinations" and brands, therein also lies an opportunity for opinions from experiences. I went with Bilsteins, and am happy with the firmness and control, but some will swear by Boge, KYB, and others. Do your research; this is a good place to start. Be sure you get the alignment checked.
