940 and 740 problem; no car now 900

Thanks for the response.

As for the 940, it wants to die as turbo boost kicks in. Almost like flooding, but don't see black smoke behind me. I had a new power stage I was keeping as a spare, so put that on but did not help. One other thing did not mention in the first post, I also put new orings on the injectors a couple of months ago.

I just got the 740 (non turbo) running. Would not idle and acting like not running on all fours (so to speak). Kept it running at higher ( very rough) speed and finally smoothed out (like someone turned on the switch) and now purrs as usual. Noticed gauge showed I was very low on gas, so maybe water vapor or something with this cold weather. I'll go fill'er up. Never had this happen before in cold with low gas level. About two months ago put new distributor (with new hall effect) on, so figured that was not the problem (although firewall connector would have been worth considering).
